Sliders are a great way to use up some leftover protein and make it fun and delicious. Normally, when we eat pot roast, we’ll pair it with a rice and gravy and veggies or some mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes it’s nice to have something a little different for dinner and sliders are a delicious way to change it up. The tender pot roast, buttery gravy and melted cheese really takes these pot roast sliders to the next level. They are filling and satisfying and can be served as an appetizer or as part of a complete meal with some french fries or veggies on the side. Sliders are so easy (and quick) to make and a great way to use up whatever meat in the fridge that needs to be eaten. Follow along for the recipe below. Now, let’s get to cooking!

These pot roast sliders are absolutely delicious just the way the way. We like to top our pot roast sliders with mayo, lettuce and whatever else we are feeling that day. Adding pickles is also a great way to add a little tanginess into the mix. The options are endless and you can tailor these pot roast sliders to your own personal tastes!
